Various stories exist about where the name originates, with Tom Cats and Old Toms having been intertwined throughout history. Our Cotswolds Old Tom Gin has sweet, woody notes from liquorice root. This is balanced with light spice from the ginger, zesty orange citrus and rounded off with a hint of cardamom.
