Description
SCAVI & RAY PROSECCO DOC FRIZZANTE is crafted from the white grape variety Glera. A Frizzante is a sparkling wine with a lower carbonation level than its ‘big brotherʼ, Spumante. The Prosecco Frizzante presents itself with a light effervescence, fresh fruitiness, dryness and an alcohol content of only 10.5%. The vines for the Prosecco Frizzante are cultivated in the sun-drenched Veneto region in Northeastern Italy, within the protected origin area for Prosecco.
SCAVI & RAY PROSECCO DOC FRIZZANTE is best served neat or on the rocks at 8–10°C. It is also a great ingredient in many prosecco cocktails such as a Bellini, Hugo and Spritz.
