The liquid from this 1st fill ex-bourbon American oak cask is light golden in appearance. The nose is bursting with hints of pineapple, almonds, creamy white chocolate and sweet vanilla. On the palate there are notes of banoffee pie, light citrus fruits and honey all wrapped together with a whiff of tobacco. The finish is warming and sweet.
