COCKSPUR XO is a work of art. This vintage rum is aged to perfection in American bourbon oak barrels and then only casks hand selected by our master blender are put together and married in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. Each batch limited to 100 casks, this fusion delivers a magnificent deep golden colour and a rich palate of sensations from the sensual but intense aroma and a finish which is silky and exotic.
COCKSPUR XO is a blended rum containing rum up to 8 years old.
The flavour is truly distinctive: light floral with sweet vanilla and soft mellow cask wood alongside hints of cane molasses.
