Nose
Plenty of peat smoke and ozonic sea air leave you in no doubt as to where this whisky was raised. There’s honeysuckle too, with citrus aromas providing balance alongside a hint of apple skin.
Palate
Imagine a beach barbecue: smoky with gentle floral notes and heather, balanced by soft citrus and coastal brine to give an exceptionally satisfying palate.
Finish
Long with fading wood embers providing the final wisp of smoke.
