Barbados is generally regarded as the birthplace of rum and the Cockspur brand with its proud and colourful rooster symbol has been an untegeral part of the Island since 1884.
Cockspur fine is a light golden rum distilled from the best quality island cane molasses blended with coral stone filtered water before being matured in oak barrels to develop its unique sweetness and character. It has soft wood notes, a hint of molasses sweetness and a complex light vanilla flavour.
