Pure Scot 70cl 40% Created by Bladnoch's master distiller Ian MacMillan, Pure Scot is a blended Scotch whisky which combines whisky from the aforementioned Bladnoch with whisky from Speyside, the Highlands and Islay (as well as grain whisky). It picked up a gold medal at the San Francisco Spirits Competition in 2018 and at the Scotch Whisky Masters in 2017 and 2016.

Tasting Note

Nose: Rich and fragrant. Old leather, toffee and fruit cake, malty with a hint of smoke.

Palate: Full-bodied and mellow. Beautifully balanced rich smokiness with ginger marmalade, sweet honeyed fruit and slightly peppery.

Finish: Spicy and smoky, long lasting and satisfying.
