All Angels Classic Cuvee 2014 Long Aged on Lees delivers sparkling golden hues, with crisp orchard fruit, citrus and oven baked brioche on the palate. Vibrant, fine bubbles dance in the mouth, making way for the long lasting finish of this drier, fresher style of cuvee.
Harvested between 7th - 17th October 2014 in Enborne, Berkshire.
Light, bright gold in colour, great balance with huge, mouth-filling citrus flavours and a hint of creamy brioche.
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris
Alcohol: 12% and a residual sugar level of 6 g / L
