Description
"parched" is named after the Torrified Oats used as one of the grains. Torrified is a term given to grain that has been roasted/parched in the malting process. The resulting whisky is beautifully light and creamy.
Once distilled the whisky is then put to bed in the very finest oak casks. The final stage is to hand bottle your whisky by hand at St Georges Distillery.
