Tasting Notes.

Appearance Light caramel, straw/hay, beautiful golden hue Nose Banana, sweet corn, dusty grain, lemon, cream custard, a touch of floral character. Palate Very soft and delicate palate with butterscotch, honey, smoked wood, apples. Finish Nutmeg, browned butter, banana.
